Bol English is an AI-driven English learning assistant that enables users to learn and practice English via WhatsApp using quizzes, voice notes, and interactive lessons.

3. Subscription and Payments
The service begins with a ₹10 trial for the first month, followed by a recurring fee of ₹199/month.
All payments are handled securely through third-party payment gateways like Razorpay or PayU.
No refunds will be provided once payment is processed.

4. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the service, including: Sharing offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content. Misrepresenting identity or sharing credentials.Tampering with or attempting to reverse-engineer the AI systems.

5. Intellectual Property
All content (chatbot messages, lessons, audio, and visuals) is owned by Bol English. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Modifications and Termination
Bol English reserves the right to: Modify service features or pricing at any time. Suspend or terminate access for any misuse or violation of terms.

7. Governing Law
All terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
