Each provider is required to implement security controls, prohibit onward transfer without consent, and delete all data immediately upon termination of services
b) Children/Minor's Data: The service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. No collection, processing, or storage of personal data from minors is carried out knowingly. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended until age verification is completed. Any data inadvertently collected from minors is deleted immediately upon detection.

5. Data Retention:
During active use or subscription: full retention. After cancellation: up to 90 days. Post 90 days: anonymized or deleted unless legally required. Sensitive data contained in voice notes, chat transcripts, or uploaded content is retained only for the minimum duration required for service functionality, diagnostics, or regulatory obligations. Such data is segregated, access-restricted, and subject to accelerated deletion timelines. When retained for model-improvement purposes, it is first anonymised to remove identifiers before any internal use.

Such content is not used for external training, sale, or distribution. When utilised to improve internal AI models, all identifiers are removed prior to use, and users may opt out of model-improvement processing without limiting access to the core learning functions.
10. Amendments to Policy: This policy is version-controlled and dated. Material changes to data practices, user rights, or processing purposes will be communicated in advance through the website or service interface. Continued use of the service after publication of a revised policy constitutes acknowledgement of the updated terms.
